HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SHOOT?
You can book online with our online order form. We'll send you confirmation and let you know if there's any additional info we need. If you prefer to call, text, email, or DM us, feel free to do that as well!
WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE TIME I NEED AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Please reach out! We have five photographers, so we generally have some room to move shoots around, start a little earlier, or send two photographers together to get a shoot done more efficiently. If you can put a contractor lockbox on and the timing can be flexible, that will make it even easier for us to fit in. :)
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL?
No worries, we get it! If your shoot is more than 24 hours away, you can reschedule or cancel yourself through the link in your appointment confirmation email (or log into your account at https://listings.insidespokanephotography.com/portal). If it's within 24 hours, you will need to reach out to us to reschedule. Please give us as much advance notice as possible so we can have a chance to fit someone else into that time slot! We do not charge cancellation or reschedule fees.
HOW LONG WILL THE APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Typically photo appointments take under an hour, and most bundle appointments take under two hours. It depends largely on how big the house is, the specific services you ordered, and how well the house was prepped.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE?
No - we are happy to turn on lights, open blinds, and put down toilet lids to get the house prepped for photos. And we'll also make sure to put everything back where it was, close up blinds, turn off lights, and lock up securely when we're done. If you can provide a contractor lockbox with a code, or a door code/garage code/hidden key, any of those options works great. Homeowners/sellers also do not need to present, and in fact the shoot will generally be more efficient & go more smoothly without people or pets there. :) That said, if you or the sellers prefer to be there, that totally works for us too. And if you plan to be in your video, then of course we'll need ya there for that!!
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME ON MEDIA?
We do next day turnaround for photos and Matterport tours, and 48 hour turnaround for video, floor plans, and virtual staging. If you need it faster than that, we do have rush delivery options for $50.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY MEDIA?
You'll get a link to the downloads page in your media delivery email. Payment is due before downloading. You'll also get a link to the invoice in that same delivery email. If you don't see the delivery email by 11am the next day, check your spam folder or log in at https://listings.insidespokanephotography.com/portal
WHO WILL MY PHOTOGRAPHER BE?
We have a team of 5 media specialists and they are all awesome!! We all follow the same process of shooting, use the same gear, and all photos and video go through the same editing process regardless of who shoots it. We don't usually specify the photographer beforehand as this gives us the freedom to move shoots around to be more efficient for driving and to make sense for our photographers' schedule. That said, if you have someone specific you really love to work with, please reach out to us and we can do our best to schedule you with them.
