We are now offering Zillow 3D tours for your real estate listings! Until now, we have always offered Matterport tours only, because we prefer the way you can navigate through a Matterport tour and see the dollhouse view. That said, there is one very good reason to order a Zillow tour, either instead of or in addition to a Matterport tour. Homes with a Zillow 3D Home tour get prioritized and ranked higher by Zillow, and get 43% more views on Zillow compared to listings without one. We still prefer Matterport for all other sites, but the Zillow tour can give your listings a nice bump on the platform that many buyers are using. If you are deciding between Matterport and Zillow, we'd still recommend Matterport as it's more immersive and easier for users to walk through. However, we're happy to offer the option of Zillow tours, for those of you who see the value in having your listings receive premium placement on Zillow.
Our pricing for Zillow 3D tours is also lower, which means they might make sense for smaller properties where you wouldn't have ordered Matterport.
Zillow tours will be captured with a high quality 3D camera, and will take about 15-20 min on-site.
